These terms cover the iOS app TAKE (Take PRO on the App Store), published by Krzysztof Guz. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, delete the app.
The service
TAKE coaches you while you take photographs: one instruction at a time, a score on the result, optional on-device finishing, and optional voice planning. It does not replace a professional photographer and it does not promise a particular look, score, or outcome for every scene.
Photographs you capture belong to you. TAKE does not claim copyright in your pictures.
Free use and Take PRO
New and returning users receive one completed photo session each calendar month at no charge. A session is spent only when TAKE actually delivers a photograph — not when you open the camera, and not when you retry the same shot.
Take PRO is an auto-renewable Apple subscription that unlocks unlimited sessions, every scene and style, voice planning, scoring, and finishing.
- Monthly: USD 4.99 per month (or the equivalent Apple shows in your storefront).
- Yearly: USD 29.99 per year (or the equivalent Apple shows in your storefront).
Auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unused portions of a free period, if any, are forfeited when you buy. Prices may vary by country and can change as Apple’s price tiers change; the App Store shows the price that applies to you.
If you bought through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms, not by TAKE directly.
Acceptable use
Use TAKE only for lawful photography. Do not use it to violate anyone’s privacy, to record where recording is forbidden, or to break the law. You are responsible for the photographs you take and share.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. Coaching, scores, and finishing are automated suggestions. We are not liable for lost photos, missed moments, or photos you dislike, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Contact and law
Krzysztof Guz, krzysztof.guz@me.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for TAKE, except for App Store billing.

Usługa
TAKE prowadzi Cię przy zdjęciu: jedna instrukcja na raz, ocena ujęcia, opcjonalne wykończenie na urządzeniu i opcjonalny plan głosem. Nie zastępuje zawodowego fotografa i nie obiecuje konkretnego wyglądu, oceny ani efektu w każdej scenie.
Zdjęcia, które zrobisz, należą do Ciebie. TAKE nie rości sobie do nich praw autorskich.
Darmowe użycie i Take PRO
Dostajesz jedną ukończoną sesję zdjęciową w każdym miesiącu kalendarzowym za darmo. Sesja schodzi z limitu dopiero wtedy, gdy TAKE odda zdjęcie — nie przy otwarciu aparatu i nie przy kolejnej próbie tego samego ujęcia.
Take PRO to odnawialna subskrypcja Apple: nielimitowane sesje, każda scena i styl, planowanie głosem, ocena i wykończenie.
- Miesięcznie: 4,99 USD za miesiąc (albo równowartość, którą pokaże Apple w Twoim sklepie).
- Rocznie: 29,99 USD za rok (albo równowartość z Twojego sklepu).
Automatyczne odnawianie
Płatność schodzi z Apple ID w chwili potwierdzenia. Subskrypcja odnawia się sama, chyba że wyłączysz ją co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem okresu. Konto jest obciążane za odnowienie w ciągu 24 godzin przed końcem okresu. Zarządzaj albo anuluj w Ustawieniach → Apple ID → Subskrypcje. Niewykorzystany okres próbny, jeśli będzie, przepada przy zakupie. Ceny mogą zależeć od kraju i od progów Apple; w App Store widzisz cenę, która dotyczy Ciebie.
Przy zakupie w App Store zwroty obsługuje Apple na swoich zasadach, nie TAKE.
Zasady korzystania
Używaj TAKE tylko do legalnego fotografowania. Nie łam niczyjej prywatności, zakazów nagrywania ani prawa. Odpowiadasz za zdjęcia, które zrobisz i udostępnisz.
Zastrzeżenie
Aplikacja jest „taka, jaka jest”. Coaching, oceny i wykończenie to automatyczne propozycje. Nie odpowiadamy za utracone zdjęcia, przegapione chwile ani ujęcia, które Ci się nie spodobają — poza tym, czego nie da się wyłączyć według obowiązującego prawa.

Krzysztof Guz, krzysztof.guz@me.com. Warunki podlegają prawu polskiemu, bez odbierania Ci obowiązkowej ochrony konsumenckiej w kraju zamieszkania. Apple nie jest stroną tej umowy i nie odpowiada za TAKE, poza rozliczeniami App Store.
